Medicare 101 Workshops — Held during Open Enrollment season (fall) and year-round for new enrollees
Caregiver Support Groups — Monthly meetings for family caregivers to share experiences and learn coping strategies
Advance Directive Workshops — Free sessions to help you complete living wills and healthcare powers of attorney
Healthy Aging Seminars — Nutrition, fall prevention, medication management, and chronic disease education
Senior Health Fairs — Annual events with health screenings, provider information, and community resources
Volunteer Training — Orientation and certification for new Friendly Visitors and Medicare counselors
